We had a great time at this hotel! the room was clean and practical, with a small jacuzzi that we really enjoyed. the staff at the VIP check-in lounge were fantastic, providing us with great service and answering all of our questions. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the main tourist area. We also loved having a private pool and outdoor lounging area, which gave us some privacy during our stay.
We did experience a few negatives during our stay. the service at the VIP reception was awful, with rude and unhelpful staff.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with convenience stores and shops just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we forgot or needed. The hotel was also close to the heart of downtown, allowing us to easily explore the main tourist area.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so close to the beach and 5th Avenue, making it really convenient for us to explore and enjoy the area. The staff were also very friendly and efficient, always there to answer our calls and respond to our needs quickly. The suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view of the beach. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, which was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the pool area, although we wish the bar was open and they offered food. However, there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, so it wasn't a big issue.
This hotel is simply amazing! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
